Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Whispering Willows does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Whispering Willows arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Whispering Willows from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Choice of Law. AZ law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of AZ, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
